Medical aspirants of the state can access the merit list along with the seat matrix of round 1 at the official website- wbmcc.nic.in. The merit list is arranged in descending order, showing the names of eligible candidates based on their ranks. The successful candidates in the NEET UG 2024 exam who have completed the registration process for NEET UG 2023 counseling under the Private Management Quota, State Quota, and NRI Quota for MBBS and BDS courses in the state will be eligible for seat allocation.

Candidates will be required to specify their preferences for both course and college between August 27 (4 PM) and August 29, 2024 (12 noon) based on the server's time. The West Bengal NEET UG Merit List, available on the official web portal, allows candidates to view the NEET All India Rank (AIR), candidate names, categories, PwD status, NRI status, and West Bengal domicile status.
If candidates from West Bengal achieve a high qualifying score in the NEET UG 2024, they will be placed at the top of the West Bengal NEET merit list. This will make them eligible to participate in the counselling process. Only those candidates who successfully make it to the West Bengal NEET UG Merit List 2024 will be considered for the counselling process.
