The Directorate of Higher Education, Maharashtra has released the MH CET Law 2022 application form for 3-year LLB and interested candidates can apply till 25th April 2022. Eligible contenders can fill out the application form by visiting the official MH CET Law website- cetcell.mahacet.org and appear for the exam on 4th and 5th of June 2022. Who is Eligible for MH CET Law 2022 for 3-Year LLB?
Candidates appearing for MH CET Law 3 year LLB program must know the eligibility criteria.
Qualifying Exam
- The candidate must have either a Bachelor's or Master's degree, from a recognized university, in any stream.
- Candidates appearing for their qualifying exam are also eligible to apply.
Minimum Marks
- General candidates must have passed with an aggregate of 45% marks in their exam whereas reserved category candidates must have passed with a minimum of 40% marks in their exam.
Note : Candidates who live outside of Maharashtra will be eligible to apply in the open/ general category irrespective of their category/ caste. For instance, if an SC/ ST candidate from West Bengal wants to apply then he/ she will be considered a general category student.
Age
- The lower age limit of the candidates is 20 years for the general category and 22 years for the SC/ ST category (applicable for Maharashtra students) as of 1st July 2022.
- There's no upper age limit for candidates wanting to appear for the exam.
Others
- Contenders who fulfil the eligibility clause for the NRI category are eligible to apply. They do not have to appear for the entrance exam.
- Person of Indian Origin (PIO), Foreign Candidates, and Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) who fulfil the eligibility clause will be eligible to apply. They also won't have to appear for the entrance test.
