The State Common Entrance Test Cell Maharashtra has released the application form for 5-year LL.B course and eligible candidates can apply for the entrance exam. The 5-year LL.B application form of MH CET Law 2022 was released on 19th March 2022 and interested candidates can apply till 27th April 2022. The admit card will release on 24th May and the MH CET Law 2022 5-year LL.B exam will take place on 10th June 2022.

Who is Eligible to Apply for MH CET Law 2022 for 5-year LLB?
Candidates wanting to apply for MH CET Law 5-year LL.B program to get admission into Law colleges in Maharashtra must know the eligibility criteria.

Qualifying Exam | Candidates must have passed their class 12th exam or equivalent exam (like a 3-year Diploma course) from a recognized board of education. Students appearing for their class 12th qualifying exam are also eligible to apply. |
Minimum Marks | For general category candidates, a minimum of 45% marks is mandatory. OBC and SC/ ST categories must score a minimum of 42% and 40% marks respectively. |
Age | There's no upper age limit for candidates. |
Others | Students who have studied class 12th from a distance education system are also eligible to apply for MH CET Law 2022. |
- NRI candidates should fulfil the eligibility clauses in order to fill out the application form. They don't need to appear for the CET exam.
- Foreign candidates, Persons of Indian Origin (PIO), and Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) also need to fulfil the eligibility clauses. They don't need to appear for the CET exam.
