Note : Based on the data above, except for the Open PwD (AI) - Gender Neutral category, the closing rank for all other categories has increased in 2023, and the same is expected in 2024. Unless there is a massive shift in trend, candidates other than Open (HS) - Gender Neutral cannot seek admission to CSE at BIT Mesra. 20000 has been a sufficient rank for admission for the said category in 2022, and 2023. Therefore, it is also expected to fall within the opening and closing rank 2024 which will be set for the Open (HS) - Gender Neutral category after JoSAA counselling.
