Mumbai-based Xavier Institute of Communications (XIC) has recently launched a new part-time course. The new course is known as the Advanced Integrated Communication Programme (AICP). It would be offered at the post graduation level and is primarily meant for working professionals.

After the admission, the enrolled candidates will have to attend the weekend classes regularly. After the successful completion of the courses, students will be offered a diploma. Other features of the course are -
- Comprises 25 modules
- Consists of 200 sessions and 40 credits
- Fee of the course INR 2,07,000
- Seminar, workshops and discussions will be a part of the course
- Educational qualification required for the programme is graduate in any discipline with a minimum of two years work experience in a non-staff function
The official website of the institute states that the programme will be conducted in the state-of-the-art facility campus in XIC situated at St. Xavier's School or XIC campus located at St. Xavier's College in Mumbai. After the enrollment into the classes, students will have to regularly attend the classes. A candidate must have at least 75% attendance in each module. This is a must for all and without the prescribed attendance requirements, the students will not be offered the Diploma.

XIC regularly offers other PG Diploma courses like – Communication for Development, Journalism and Mass Communication, Corporate Communication and Public Relation, Advertising and Marketing, Digital Video Production and Film and Television. To get admission into these courses, students have to clear the XIC Online Entrance Test (OET).
