XLRI 2022 admission has commenced for the three online masters programme. The last date to apply is June 5, 2022.
Xavier’s School of Management, Jamshedpur (XLRI) has commenced the registration process for the online master's programme. Interested students must apply on the official website (xol.xlri.edu ) until June 5, 2022. Candidates will be selected on a rolling basis which will be done fortnightly. XLRI has introduced three online master’s programmes in Finance, Human Resource Management, and Business Management. As per the statement released by the institute, all three online programmes will be commenced on campus followed by a week of a campus visit in the second year. The 2-year flagship programme is offered to aspirants who could not take up the offline course due to lack of space, resource constraints, or opportunities.

Father Paul Fernandes, Director XLRI Jamshedpur, talking about the latest programme said, “The online post-graduate diploma programmes aim to bridge the gap between the aspirations of the participants and the requirements of qualified professionals. For working professionals, online programmes are the best option as they learn while being at work. Participants learn from the experienced XLRI faculty as well as industry experts and their peers over an interactive online platform and monitor their learning as well as performance progression during the programme.”

Sanjay Patro, Xavier Online (XOL) programme committee, Chairperson stated that “Professionals currently working in the corporate sector and eager to learn/update their skills through systematic and rigorous education can enroll in this programme to supplement their experience-based skills with the widely recognised post-graduate diploma to boost their career prospects.”
XLRI Jamshedpur offers 2-year full-time Management programmes along with part-time and Virtual Interactive Learning (VIL) for working professionals. The institute also offers aspirant's a full-time, residential doctoral Fellow Programme in Management (FPM). To get admission to XLRI Jamshedpur, the applicants need to clear the XAT entrance exam.
