Being Alumni of LPU, I would like to answer this question. At LPU, Admission in any programme depends on qualifying the Eligibility criteria for that programme. So, as per the official website of LPU, the Eligibility Criteria (Qualifying Exam) is defined as - Qualifying LPUNEST and Pass with 60% aggregate marks in: (a) 10+2 or Intermediate (with English*, Physics, Chemistry and Maths or Biology or Forestry) OR (b) 10+2 or Intermediate (Agriculture) OR (c) 2 years Diploma in Agriculture after 10th or equivalent. Dear student,

The eligibility criteria for getting a seat in the B.Sc Agriculture is to have passed 10+2 with 60% aggregate marks in subjects including English, Chemistry, Physics, Math OR Forestry OR Biology OR Agriculture OR a diploma in Agriculture which one must have pursued after class 10th. Also, one will be required to clear the LPUNEST exam. In case you have scored more than 70% marks in class 12, you will be exempted from the LPUNEST exam. English is a mandatory requirement but one may be exempted if you have qualified the exams in an English medium. Moreover, there is a 5% relaxation for SC and ST category students.
