Are the faculty members at the School of Engineering and Technology of Jain University are good?

We should not compare the two, both the universities are good at their place. But as a student of LPU I would like to say LPU is much better. How can I say? Because my few friends are studying in CU. So, I already have the point of view of both the universities. Ranking, education, placement, technology and infrastructure in every aspect LPU is better. Ranking: If I talk about ranking so LPU comes under top 100 amongst all private and government university. This year what shook me the most is the recent ranking by the worlds university ranking again amongst all government and private university. Placement: Placement is second most important factor what applicant can see in university/collage while taking admission. So, in lovely professional university from 100 students 90-95 students get placement. Specifically in B.tech , the highest salary package was 64lac per annum. In management it was 21lacs per annum. So, in my point of view its great packages as compare to any other university. Infrastructure: There is green areas in the university at so my different areas, classroom with a/c, google lab, IMAC lab, moot court, fine art lab, agriculture farmland, space centre, play grounds, and both girls and boys hostel.

The faculty members are awarded projects worth crores by the central government and foreign universities. And every year they get hundreds of research papers published which itself is an achievement. In short, the faculty members of LPU are very much dedicated to providing world-class teaching to its students. Also, the University keeps on conducting regular Faculty Development programs so that they can update the faculty members with the industry and the latest needs. This is very much helpful for students. LPU has designed a special system that focuses on the student and his innate learning capacities through varied media. The centrepiece of the system is our faculty who are not only renowned for their individual research work, but are more like life guides and mentors, focused on helping students achieve their full potential. Thus a lot of our teaching is done in a manner that will ensure both retention and the ability to critically analyse and apply the knowledge gleaned.
