Is B.Plan a degree or a course? Also, can we apply for MPSC & UPSC exams after pursuing B.Plan?

B.Plan is a 4-year bachelors course program which involves basic knowledge and training about professional planning. Through the course, the students are given theoretical and practical knowledge about planning, engineering and designing urban human settlements. Also, you can apply for MPSC & UPSC exams after pursuing B.Plan course. There are only two qualifications as set by UPSC & MPSC examination authority:

• The candidates must have pursued a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized institute.
• The maximum age limit and the number of attempts one can give (depending on the category of the candidates).
