Colleges for BCA without having an eligibility of having maths and physics subjects as compulsory

Several colleges in India offer BCA courses without requiring the candidate to opt for Maths and Physics as compulsory subjects in class 10+2. Some of these colleges are Christ University - Bengaluru, Symbiosis Institute of Computer Studies and Research (SICSR) - Pune, St. Xavier’s College - Mumbai, Amity University, etc. These colleges may have an alternative eligibility criteria such as focusing on overall academic performance in any stream. 

Check the List of Top BCA Colleges in India 2025 along with the eligibility criteria that offer admission without the need for Maths and Physics as compulsory subjects in class 10+2.

1. Christ University, Karnataka - Candidates from any stream can apply but they must have studied English as a compulsory subject in class 10+2.

2. Symbiosis Institute of Computer Studies and Research (SICSR), Pune - Any course i.e. Arts, Commerce, Science can apply but they must have studied English as a compulsory subject in class 10+2.

3. St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai - Any student can apply to St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai for the BCA course but they have to study English.

4. Amity University, Noida - Candidates must have completed class 10+2 in any stream with at least 50% aggregate marks.

5. Lovely Professional University (LPU), Punjab - Candidates must have finished class 10+2 in any course with at least 50% aggregate marks.

6. Institute of Management Studies (IMS), Noida - Candidates should have finished class 10+2 in any stream with at least 50% aggregate marks.
