Does arena animation have a full game designing course of 3 yrs or is it divided into parts and what if we want to complete a full course will it be possible?

Arena Animation, Bangalore does not offer a 3-year-long course in Game Designing. You can pursue Game Art and Design (GAD) of 15 months, Game Development Program of 18 months and a Game Design Program of 1 year.
