Yes, you can apply for WB JEHOM 2020. However, you will have to submit your 12th mark sheet before the date decided by the college. You should also note that you should be at least 17 years in order to apply for WB JEHOM 2020. You can check the counselling dates from the official website of West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB). Besides this, you can also check the counselling process and application process from the website of WBJEEB.
