It is possible to pursue an MCA degree after completing B.Tech Civil Engineering. The basic eligibility criteria for that is to have studied Mathematics in the Bachelor's degree. MCA admissions at colleges are done based on merit or through entrance exams. If you want to study MCA from NIT you have to clear the NIMCET exam. Other entrance exams for MCA course are the BIT MCA Entrance exam, MAKAUT CET, TANCET etc. Many colleges accept MCA admission based on the merits of a Bachelor's degree.
