They are always ready to help the students . During the exams, professors arrange special classes for the students to help them revise better and clear their doubts. Frequent guest lectures/ workshops are also organized for them by the university. , Ministry of Science Technology’s Advisory Monitoring Committee Meeting was held where 42 Scientists from various top universities like IITs, NITs, top Central and State Universities including (LPU) from across the country presented their research proposals. Apart from this, LPU has best lab facilities for each subject. Department has a dedicated laboratory division with fully functional world-class equipment. A large library spread over 6 floors, with lakhs of books and resources. You can read and issue books on the weekly basis. Also, in my view, I think you should not worry about the placements. If you work hard in the course and learn as much as you can, any company visiting the campus would be happy to hire you. However, you must not neglect polishing your communication skills as well, because companies will check that in their interviews. LPU provides plenty of opportunities to its students to take part in events, competitions, fests in order to let them grow their personality and give them a chance to polish their skills. There are two kinds of life in LPU; One easy life i.e. Study less and enjoy, which is rewarding for few years of life but you have to struggle alot after your degree completion achieve things. Being studied from LPU I would like to say that LPU has very simple admission process when it comes to PhD. For admission to PhD the criterial is 55% aggregates marks in your masters and you have to qualify interview along with LPUNEST. Also LPU is the only university in India which gives multiple coursework options for PhD (Part time) students like: 1. 15-days course work (November/ December 2021) 2. 4-days course work every month (September to December, 2021) 3. Classes on weekends (Saturday & Sunday only August to November, 2021) LPU has the most advanced labs dedicated to research work. Many labs are maintained by Cisco, Cadence. LPU also has Central Instrumentation Facility which is one of its kind. It has high end instruments and these instruments and facilities help the faculties, research scholars and students to carry out globally competitive research in basic, applied and medical sciences. The Lab has many instruments like Powder X-ray diffractometer, Differential Scanning Calorimeter, Density Meter, Viscometer, Probe Sonicator, Gas Chromatograph and Mass Spectrometer and much more. Dear Student

In order to get eligible for admission in the PhD in management course offered by LPU Phagwara, you must have cleared a master's degree with at least 55% aggregate(50% for SC/ ST candidates). You can apply for admission at LPU Phagwara by filling its application form. Final selection will be done on the basis of your scores in the LPUNEST entrance exam and personal interview. Around 70% weightage will be provided to performance in the Entrance Test and 30% to the Interview.
