The B.Tech programme at Greater Noida Institute of Technology is a sought-after course for students aspiring to pursue a career in engineering. The GNIOT fee for B.Tech is Rs 5,82,600, and candidates are required to have completed their 10+2 education with a minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Maths, and Chemistry. Admissions to the B.Tech programme are primarily based on entrance exams like JEE and CUET. These exams assess the candidates' knowledge and aptitude in the respective subjects.

For those who have completed a diploma in engineering, the B.Tech lateral entry programme is available at GNIOT. The course fee for B.Tech lateral entry is Rs 3,15,110, and candidates should have obtained a minimum of 50% marks in their diploma. Similar to the regular B.Tech programme, GNIOT admissions to B.Tech (LEET) are also based on the JEE and CUET entrance exams. Both B.Tech and B.Tech (LEET) programmes at GNIOT offer students a comprehensive education in their chosen engineering discipline, preparing them for a successful career in the field. The curriculum is approved by AICTE and follows industry standards.

GNIOT has a decent infrastructure with well-equipped laboratories, classrooms, and a library. These facilities are essential for practical learning and research work during the BTech course. It also strives to provide practical exposure to students through industrial visits, workshops, and seminars. These activities help students understand real-world applications of the concepts they learn in class.

GNIOT has a dedicated placement cell that works towards providing placement opportunities for BTech students. The highest salary package offered to B.Tech students is Rs 70 LPA.
