How is LPU for B.Tech? Do I need JEE Main?

BTech at LPU is quite popular among students across India. This 4-year regular programme at the university is offered in a total of 16 specialisations, including computer science & engineering, robotics & automation, electronics & communication engineering, biomedical engineering, aerospace engineering, food technology, mechatronics, and many others. The value of these programmes can be understood if we compare the BTech fees structure with BTech placements. LPU fees for BTech can range from Rs 2,80,000 to Rs 4,00,000 per annum. On the other hand, the highest package received by BTech students in 2022 was Rs 46.41 lakh per annum. 

Further, you do not need to take JEE Main for BTech admission. However, you must take LPUNEST for admission. LPU provides admission to its BTech programmes only through LPUNEST. You may also get a scholarship based on your LPUNEST score.
