How many attempts for CUET in a year?

CUET exam is conducted only once a year, until now. Students who wish to seek admission in the UG courses offered at Central Universities must appear for CUET exam. Early this year, NTA had notified that CUET will be conducted twice a year, and there will be no limit on the number of attempts for a candidate. However, there is no confirmation on the same yet. We can expect another notification from NTA after the current session of CUET concludes.
