How to get the allotment letter after getting a college through Uttarakhand Nursing Exam?

The seat allotment process is conducted in each round of Uttarakhand Nursing Counselling, after the registrations and choice-filling procedures are conducted. During the seat allotment processing, candidates are allocated a seat at their desired colleges as per the choices entered by them during the choice-filling process. Therefore, after each round of counselling, a seat allotment result is published announcing the final arrangement of seats and colleges. Candidates are then required to accept their seats and pay the requisite admission fee to confirm their seat at the respective institutes. In case a candidate is not satisfied with their allocation, they may reject their seat allotment and freshly apply for the next round of Uttarakhand Nursing Counselling. Thus, once the candidates accept their allocation, they are required to download the official allotment letter from the official website of the institute, to produce the same at the time of final admission process or document verification during the reporting at the allotted institutions.

To download the final seat allotment letter, candidates are required to visit the official exam conducting body, Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Uttarakhand Medical Education University (HNBUMU). The official authority publishes the seat allotment letter in a PDF format, in online mode. Candidates may be intimated about the same through their registered email addresses as well. Moreover, candidates may also visit the allotted colleges to view and confirm their seats by reviewing the list of selected candidates for admission via Uttarakhand Nursing Counselling qualification, as published by the respective authorities.
