i am third year student this time my graduation exam postponed and i am not provide degree before september so ican apply exam for ibps clerk 2021

You cannot apply for IBPS Clerk 2021 Exam, in order to be eligible, you must have secured a  graduate degree from any recognised university. So while pursuing any bachelor degree you cannot apply for IBPS Clerk 2021 Exam.
