Unfortunately, with a rank of 130000 in EAMCET, the chances of securing a seat at KKR & KSR Institute of Technology & Sciences are very slim. The KITS Guntur cutoff based on EAMCET is around 25,000 to 36,000 rank. Hence, it is very difficult for you to get admission with a 130000 rank in EAMCET. However, you are advised to explore other options in EAMCET participating colleges with your rank.
