I got 98.2+ percentile in jee mains. I am OBC-NCL. What college will I get and should I take a drop??

98.2 percentile in JEE Main is a good percentile for you. This percentile can get you a rank around 16k to 17k. This can get you some NITs like NIT Trichy, NIT Patna, NIT Sikkim or IIITs. It can also land you specialisations like CSE or ECE at IIITs. See the opening & closing ranks of JoSAA counselling Round 1 to get an idea. So we SUGGEST YOU TO NOT TAKE A DROP and go forward with the JoSAA counselling process.
