Dear Student,
As per the new JEE Main guidelines regarding the eligibility, the students do not need to acquire 75% in their 12th in order to get admission in NITs, GFTIs, or other JEE Main Participating Institute. Earlier, it was mandatory for the candidates to attain 75% aggregate in 12th to get admission to NITs through JEE Main. However, now this eligibility factor has been removed. Hence, you are eligible for NIT admission with your marks.
To learn more about the decision, check out JEE Main: 75% Marks Criteria in Class 12th Not Mandatory for NIT, IIIT, and CFTI Admission 2020.
