No, You cannot get admission with 45% marks in the 12th. For B.tech programs, in LPU marks should be 60% in 12th standard with physics, maths and one additional subject like chemistry, maths or science etc, also need to appear in the LPUNEST exam,

First of all I am sorry to inform you according to your mentioned score you are not eligible for B.Tech program. But you can apply for another program. So for that you need to visit LPU official website for further information. I hope this helps, thanks.

Unfortunately, with 45% in grade 12th, you may not be eligible for B.Tech in LPU. The general eligibility requirement is: Pass 10+2 ( with physics, maths and one additional subject like chemistry, computer science, etc. ) from a recognised board, with atleast 60%aggregate marks for most of the B.Tech programs at LPU.

hi amrita, as per the 2025 admission requirement you need to have at least 60 percent aggregated marks in 12th with compulsory subjects English ,physics, math's .this is compulsory to meet the eligibility criteria for the admission .so I would suggest you to check other options in the university website in which you are getting eligible like diplomas and other relevant programs .still if you are facing any kind of daut I would suggest you can directly contact to admission department of the university

Dear candidate the eligiblity for B.Tech is student must have 60% marks in 12 class with English, Physics and Maths as compulsory subjects. so according to your percentage in 12 class you are not meeting with the minimum criteria of lpu eligiblity for B.Tech program. so you are not eligible to take the admission in B.Tech program in LPU.

Lovely Professional University(LPU)requires candidates to have a minimum 60%in their 12th grade (with physics, Chemistry and Mathematics)as compulsory subjects for most B-Tech program. However you have scored in your 12th grade, which is below usual cut-off for direct admission to B-Tech. LPU Nest is one way to qualify for B.Tech admissions, if your 12th Grade marks. However, you can still apply through LPU Nest ,where you can improve your chances based on your entrance exam performance. It's also advisable to contact the LPU admission office to discuss your specific situation and explore any additional pathways or options available to you.

Dear Amrita, the eligibility criteria for B.Tech admissions at LPU require a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 with Physics, Mathematics, and English as compulsory subjects. The university also provides a 5% relaxation in eligibility criteria for candidates from North-East states and Sikkim, Defence Personnel and their Dependents, and Wards of Kashmiri Migrants. However, with a score of 45% in your 12th grade, it appears you do not meet the eligibility criteria for the B.Tech programme at LPU. If you belong to the aforementioned categories, you might consider other courses such as BA in Journalism and Mass Communication, which require 45% marks in 10+2.
