I have took admission in MCA last year but college is so worst I want to take admission this year in good college but college not giving me T.C should I take admission with duplicate TC

The college should issue you a transfer certificate or migration certificate, you can try to demand it from your college administrators first. If in case the college is still not issuing the TC you can use the duplicate TC. A duplicate transfer certificate is just a second copy of your first TC. You can take admission to any college with a duplicate TC as well.
