I lost my NEET UG 2019 scorecard. I have filed an RTI to get it but I am not sure if I can get it back. So can I submit admit card instead for the upcoming FMGE exam registration?

Dear Student,

If you are willing to apply for the FMGE 2024 December Session, you are required to upload the NEET UG Score Card in place of EC if admission in Primary Medical Qualification has been obtained on or after May 2019. While you have filed an RTI to retrieve your NEET UG Scorecard, it may take a while for the authorities to help you get the result back. There are chances that you might not get your NEET UG 2019 Scorecard back. As per your query, unfortunately, you cannot upload your NEET UG Admit Card in place of the Scorecard. It is because while the NEET UG Admit Card is proof of your eligibility to sit for the entrance exam, it does not dictate whether you have qualified the exam successfully.

However, if you have misplaced or lost your NEET UG Scorecard, you may try the following steps to retrieve your document. Firstly, you may check your registered email address or phone number where you received your NEET UG Scorecard after the declaration of the same. Oftentimes, the NTA (National Testing Agency) directly sends the NEET UG Scorecard to the candidates via their registered email or phone number. In this case, you may be able to retrieve the NEET UG Scorecard directly from your email, you can also contact the NTA official authorities conveying your concerns and seeking their assistance on this matter. They may be able to provide you with guidance on how to retrieve a copy of your NEET UG Scorecard.

Thank you
