Dear Student,

Yes, candidates who have not reported to their allocated colleges during the MCC Round 2 NEET Counselling 2024, need to obtain a formal resignation letter from them to relinquish the particular seat officially. Candidates have to go to the college where they were allocated seats in the Round 2 counselling. If candidates fail to report to the college, this can lead to several complications related to the admission process in the future steps. Candidates have the provision to apply for both state and central quota seats during the counselling process. The Medical Council Committee (MCC) may consider that the seats are still held by the student if the candidates do not obtain a formal registration letter.

Thank You
