If I only passed class 12 with 50 percentile then I can get admission in this college

Passing Class 12 with 50% is not enough to get admission at Yeshwantrao Chavan College of Engineering B.Tech rpogramme. You must also have a non-zero score in JEE Main/ MH-CET. For lateral entry into B.Tech, the candidate must have passed Diploma in Engineering and Technology with a minimum of 50% marks
