Is nerim groups of institutions is private or government ?

While the North Eastern Regional Institute of Management is affiliated with government universities like Dibrugarh University and Gauhati University for various courses, the institute itself is privately managed and operated. NERIM is a group of colleges which was established in the year 1992 by NERIM Educational Society.
