Dear student, To qualify for the UPSC examination, you must graduate from any stream. Since Krishna Kanta Handiqui State Open University is a UGC-approved university, the courses offered are also valid. Therefore, if you get your graduation degree from this university, then you can qualify for the UPSC exam.
