Lovely Professional University(LPU)can be formal process that requires specific documentation and approval. Go to the LPU Admission office or the relevant Department. Required documentation to change the name in LPU ,AADHAR Card ,Birth Certificate, Affidavit or name change certificate. Copy of Admission Form or any other relevant documents from the University Like Marksheet and Admission Receipts.
