My PCM aggregate is 51% (40 in maths, 57 in both physics and chem). If I get a decent score in COMEDK, am I eligible to apply for BSM?

Yes, the minimum percentage for admission to BMS College of Engineering is 45%. The admission is done on the basis of score obtained in COMEDK UGET. So, if you score a decent marks in COMEDK, you will be eligible for admission at BMS.
