Hello Nimesh, the cut-off percentile for admission to B.Tech Mechanical Engineering at Sardar Patel College of Engineering Mumbai in 2022 was 85% for the general category. Your son's JEE Mains percentile of 71 is below the cut-off percentile. However, his MHT CET percentile of 67.80 is slightly above the cut-off percentile of 67.5 for the OBC category. Your son can still apply for admission to B.Tech. Mechanical Engineering at Sardar Patel College of Engineering, Mumbai. However, his chances of getting admission will be higher if he improves his JEE Mains score.
