Need some information about MCA

Utkal University offers MCA through its Department of Computer Science and Applications. This is a two-year course divided into four semesters. Students must have completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications, Computer Science Engineering, or an equivalent degree with Mathematics at the Class 12 level. A minimum aggregate score of 50% (or 45% for SC/ST) is required.

Admission to MCA at Utkal University is primarily based on the Common PG Entrance Test, also known as Odisha CPET, conducted by Utkal University. To appear for this exam, students have to register online and fill out the application form to be eligible for the entrance exam. Per latest updates, Odisha CPET 2025 exam will be conducted in July 2025, and the application forms will be released tentatively by May 2025.
