The WBJEE cutoff 2023 has not been released yet. You can check out the Techno International New Town WBJEE cutoff for 2022 at https://admissions.nic.in/admiss/admissions/orcr by selecting the 'Joint Seat Allocation Authority' option and choosing the required institute and other details.
