hello, yes you can get 100% scholarship if you are board topper in 20 toppers, you will get 100% scholarship and you will get Non-Ac room 4 seater.For 98 or above you will 60% and for 95% to 97.9% you can get 50%, 90 to 94.9% you can get 40%.
