District Institute of Education and Training Lucknow offers only a solo course i.e.  Diploma in Elementary Education (D.EL.Ed). The duration of the course is two years. Candidates who have passed bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% marks are eligible for admission in Diploma in Elementary Education course at DIET Lucknow. UP Pariksha Niyamak Pradhikari, Allahabad is responsible for admission at the college. Admissions are offered on merit basis. DIET Lucknow fees for D.EL.Ed course is Rs 10,200 per annum.
