What is LPUPET and LPUTABS?

LPU Physical Efficiency Test(LPUPET) is used for athletic admission, while LPUTABS is a skill test used to evaluates Technical proficiency in particular programs.

LPUPET is a physical Efficiency Test and LPUTABS is a in house entrance which they call Trail and Audition based scholarship.Both the test provide financial support to its candiate.

LPU Physical Efficiency Test( LPU PET) and LPU Trial/ Audition scholarship schemes (LPU TABS) are launched by the university to provide financial support to students qualifying the test. LPU PET 2024 and LPU TABS 2024 application dates will be updated soon on the official website. Candidates who wish to take LPU admission in courses like B.Sc. (Health and Physical Education), BPES, B.P.Ed, and M.P.Ed need to qualify LPU PET. The test includes 50 50-meter sprint, standing broad jump, overhead back throw- (Men - 3 kg, Women- 2 kg) and 1000-meter run/walk. For LPU PET, candidates need to bring their test kit. LPU PET application fee along with soft copy of LPUNEST Kit is Rs 1,000 for boys and Rs 500 for girls.
