my results of final year will be published in august if admission process starts before that will i able to apply?

Yes you can still apply to Lovely Professional University(LPU)for B.Tech electrical Engineering (or any other program)even if your final year result is published in August. LPU often allows provisional admission based on your previous academic year results(Such as your 3rd year marks on current semester performance, especially if you are in your final year at the time of application. You can submit your latest available marks (eg.3rd year or mid term results)to apply and provide your final year results later once they are published. It is good ides to contact the LPU admission office directly for personalized advice and clarification on this matter. They can guide you on how to proceed if your final year results are available after the initial admission. Yes you can apply to LPU before your final year results are out.
