Dear Student,

Based on the eligibility criteria set by the TSCHE, to be considered a local candidate for admission through the state quota for TS EAMCET, you need to have studied in Telangana for at least four consecutive years up to the qualifying examination. Since you have studied up to 4th grade in Telangana and then moved to Tirupati for grades 5-9, and are now in grade 10 in Telangana, you meet part of the local status criteria. However, the main point is that you must study for at least four consecutive years up to the 10+2 or Intermediate second year examination in Telangana to be considered a local candidate.

We suggest you review the specific TS EAMCET eligibility criteria or refer to the official TS EAMCET guidelines. They will offer the most accurate information regarding local candidate status.
