The exam date for AP LAWCET 2024 has been released by ​Sri Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalayam, Tirupati on behalf of the APSCHE (Andhra Pradesh State Council for Higher Education). AP LAWCET 2024 is scheduled for June 8, 2024 and law aspirants need to utilize these few days left for the entrance exam. It is a state-level entrance exam conducted for candidates who want to take admission to 3-year LL.B and 5-year Integrated LL.B courses.

There is just one AP LAWCET administration per year. There will be 16 distinct places around Andhra Pradesh where the AP LAWCET exam will be given. Candidates who score the required percentage (35%) may attend AP LAWCET counselling for a fee of INR 750. Online computer-based testing will be used to administer the test (CBT). Candidates who intend to sit for the law exam should start preparing early to prevent a last-minute rush.

  • The AP LAWCET 2024 test will be delivered online. A computer-based test will be conducted for the same.
  • For admission to the 3-year and 5-year LLB programs, the AP LAWCET 2024 test is administered.
  • The 3-year LLB degree uses a graduate syllabus for the AP LAWCET 2024 exam preparation, but the 5-year LLB course uses a 10+2 syllabus. As a result, the examination questions for the 3-year LLB course are a little more difficult than those for the 5-year LLB course.
  • A plus one mark will be awarded to candidates who successfully answer one of four multiple-choice questions in the exam, each of which has four possible answers.
  • The AP LAWCET 2024 exam does not use negative marking, therefore no points are deducted for incorrect answers.
  • There will be 120 questions on the test, worth a total of 120 marks, plus one mark for each question.
  • For both the 3-year and 5-year LLB programs, the total number of questions, topics, and marks will be the same.

Note: The section-by-section marks distribution will assist candidates in developing a better preparation strategy by focusing on subjects that have a higher weight in terms of marks in the test and effectively covering the complete syllabus in order to pass the exam.
