DME Assam MBBS Admission 2025: Dates, Registration, Choice Filling, Seat Allotment Result

Assam MBBS Admission 2025 will be conducted by the Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Assam, for all eligible students. The DME, Assam will conduct the Assam MBBS Admission 2025 process in online mode only, on its official website. The registration process for the Assam MBBS Admission 2025 is likely to commence in the month of August 2025, and the official datesheet for the same will be released shortly after the NEET UG 2025 Results are declared officially by the NTA. The DME, Assam will conduct the Assam MBBS Admission 2025 for the NEET 85% State Quota seats, for students who are permanent residents of the state. Students may also participate in the Assam MBBS Admission 2025 process under the 15% AIQ Quota for NEET Counselling. • Visit the official website of Directorate of Medical Education, Assam. Search for the direct “Assam MBBS Admission 2025 Registration” link under the ‘Notifications’ tab on the homepage and click on the same.
• A new webpage for “New Registration”/”Register Now” will be opened. Click on the same and enter the required details such as name, guardian’s name, contact details and email address. Submit everything and create a strong password for your student registration.

Assam MBBS Admission 2025 Counselling Process

• The Assam MBBS Admission 2025 counselling will be held at the office of the Director of Medical Education, Sixmile, Khanapara, Guwahati.
• All students are required to pay the mandatory registration fee to participate in the admission counselling process.
• The counselling process will be conducted in three rounds: Round 1, Round 2 and Mop-up Round. In case some seats remain unfilled after the last round of counselling session, a Stray Vacancy Round of counselling will be conducted as well.
• The DME, Assam will conduct the Counselling sessions in online mode only.
• Students can enter more than one choice of their preferred colleges for Assam MBBS Admissions 2025.
• The seats are to be allocated to students based on their order of preferences filled during the choice-filling round.
