BA Economics Colleges Accepting CUET 2024 Score: Many prestigious colleges accept the Common Universities Entrance Test (CUET) as an entrance exam for BA Economics programmes. Admission to over 250 universities, including 45 central universities, for honours programmes in BA Economics is solely based on CUET results. Some of these institutions include Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University (BBAU), Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Delhi University (DU), Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI), and others.

Latest Update: The CUET 2024 exam was held in hybrid mode from May 15 to May 29, 2024. The examination mode was determined based on the number of applicants for each CUET subject. For subjects with more than 1.5 lakh registrations, the exam was administered in pen and paper format. From May 21 to May 24, 2024, the NTA administered 48 subjects via CBT and 15 offline test papers from May 15 to May 18. The college provides admission in three different subjects as it offers MCom, MSc and MA Programs. Those who are planning to study Masters program from District college Kangra can do the same in three different specializations such as Commerce (MCom), Chemistry (MSc), and Geography (MSc/MA). So, technically if you are looking for MA Admission, then you will have to opt for MA in Geography. In order to be part of this college, one must have completed graduation in any stream with a minimum of 50% marks and admission will de done on the bais of merit only.

Dear Student

You can apply for admission to MCA course at Assam Down Town University, Guwahati, if you have studied Commerce in the 12th grade and do not have a background in Mathematics. However, as per the eligibility criteria, you will have to undertake and pass an additional bridge course since preference is given to students with Methamatics subject combination. Besides an additional bridge course, you should also have scored a minimum of 45% marks in undergraduate degree to get an admission to MCA at the institute.
