Data Required for GATE 2025 Application Form Filling
GATE 2025 aspirants are required to submit some of their personal information to begin the GATE 2025 registration process. The GATE 2025 website specifies the following data and information from the candidates:
1. Personal information (name, date of birth, personal mobile number, parent’s name, parent’s mobile number, etc.).
The name of the candidate in the application form must be exactly the same as that in the valid photo ID, which the candidate MUST produce in original while appearing for GATE 2025 examination at the centre.
The GATE 2025 scorecard will be issued as per the name entered in the application form.
Prefixes/titles such as Mr / Shri / Dr / Mrs / Smt / Prof / Capt / Maj / Lt / Col / Er / Ar, etc. MUST NOT be used.

Documents Required for GATE 2025 Registration
Along with the above-mentioned information, GATE 2025 registration requires certain educational, personal, and eligibility documents from candidates. The official GATE 2025 website mentions the following list of documents required from the candidates:
1. High-quality image of the candidate’s photograph conforming to the requirements specified in the Information Brochure.
2. High-quality image of the candidate’s signature conforming to the requirements specified in the Information Brochure.
3. Scanned copy of Category (SC/ST) certificate in pdf format (if applicable).
4. Scanned copy of PwD Certificate in pdf format (if applicable).
5. Scanned copy of Certificate of Dyslexia in pdf format (if applicable).
6. Scanned copy of valid photo Identity document: Aadhar-UID (preferable)/ Passport/ PAN Card/ Voter ID/ Driving License.
7. The photo ID must have the Name, Date of birth of the candidate, and a unique photo ID number. This photo ID must be carried in original to the examination hall for verification.

GATE 2025 Photograph and Signature Guidelines
