Documents Required to Fill NIMCET 2025 Application Form - National Institute of Technology, (NIT Jamshedpur) will allow candidates to fill out the application form of NIMCET 2025. The authorities will release the NIMCET application form 2025 in the first week of March 2025. The documents required to fill out the application form include the Class 10th Mark Sheet, Class 12th Mark Sheet, UG Mark Sheet/ Certificate, Valid ID Proof such as Aadhaar Card/ PAN Card/ Voter ID/ Driving License, Category/ Caste Certificate (if applicable). Applicants should ensure to submit all the required documents while filling out the application form for the exam to complete the application process. If any errors or mistakes are made by the NIMCET aspirants while filling out the application form they can be corrected/rectified during the application form correction window.

Applicants also have to pay a non-refundable fees of Rs 1250/- for ST/SC/PwD candidates, and Rs 2500/- for OPEN-EWS/OPEN/OBC category. The applicants who will pay the NIMCET application fees will only be considered for admit card.

The application process of NIMCET exam 2025 will comprise filling out the application form, uploading of documents, paying of application fee, and form submission. Candidates who are seeking admission via NIMCET 2025 should thoroughly check the eligibility criteria laid down by the conducting body before filling out the application form of NIMCET 2025. The candidates must note that the passport-size photograph which has to be scanned and uploaded has to be recent and clear. On the other hand, the signature has to be in blue/ black ink.

NIMCET 2025 Document PDF Uploading Process & Specifications

  • No self-attestation is required for the Category/ Caste Certificate. The original has to be scanned & uploaded.

ID Proof

  • The size of the PDF can be 1 MB
  • The document has to be uploaded only in PDF format.
  • No self-attestation (signature) is required in the document.

The candidates will have to the scanned documents carefully so that the application form will not be rejected. NIMCET 2025 Admit Card will be generated only after scrutiny of the above documents.

How to Pay NIMCET 2025 Application Fee?

The application fee of NIMCET 2025 can be paid after filling in the details & uploading documents. The payment gateway will open on the screen where the candidates need to select the mode of payment such as Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Internet Banking. The candidates will need to enter the required details and pay the registration fee. A confirmation page will be generated after the successful transaction/ payment of the application fee.

NIMCET 2025 Application Form

The application form of NIMCET 2025 will be made available in online mode. Candidates who are seeking admission into MCA programs via NIMCET 2025 are required to fill out the application form of NIMCET 2025 with the required information. The application fee is Rs.2500 for general category candidates and Rs.1250 for SC, ST, and PwD candidates.
