All candidates applying for OJEE 2024 will have to upload scanned copies of their photographs, thumb impressions, and signatures. The conducting body has set certain parameters for uploading these documents so that there is uniformity across all applications and there is no scope for technical glitches. Instructions for Uploading Documents on OJEE MBA 2024 Application Form

Candidates must follow the instructions given below while uploading their scanned documents to the OJEE MBA 2024 application process.

For the Photograph:

• The size of the photograph must be passport-size only.

• The photograph must be taken recently and not be older than 3 months.

• It is mandatory for the photo to be taken against a white or light-colored background.

• Candidates wearing spectacles must ensure that there are no reflections on the lenses and that their eyes are clearly visible.

• It is not allowed to wear any informal ornament like a hat, cap, sunglasses, etc. in the picture.

• Religious headwear is allowed as long as it does not cover the candidate's face.

For the Signature:

• The candidates must put his/ her signature in black ink on white paper and scan them for uploading.

• They must only scan the signed area only and not the entire paper.

• The paper must be blank and wrinkle-free and should not have any lines on it.

• The signature uploaded by the candidate will be mentioned on their OJEE admit card .

The uploaded signature must match the candidate's signature in further rounds of the exam and admission process.
