- After the AP PGECET seat allotment 2023 is successfully done and the candidates are allotted seats, they will have to pay the tuition fee. The payment of the tuition fee is considered the confirmation of the allotted seat
- Candidates must pay the tuition fee before the specified deadline failing which their seats will be cancelled
- Candidates should also download the payment challan as proof of payment. They must not forget to download the challan for the tuition fee
- Candidates must report to the allotted institute as per the prescribed date. Failing to report to the allotted institute before the specified deadline will result in the loss of seats
- Candidates are required to get their documents verified on the day of reporting to the allotted institute
- Candidates must carry all the documents in both photocopies as well as original while reporting at the allotted institute. It is also advised to keep at least 2 copies of the documents
- Candidates must ensure that all the documents are prepared per the official notification and that the information in the documents is in sync with the details provided in the AP PGECET 2023 exam. In case of any discrepancy in the documents, the documents will remain unverified and it can cause a problem in the admission process
- Candidates need to submit their seat allotment order at the time of reporting to the allotted institute
- In case of any issue or discrepancy, the candidates must get in touch with the AP PGECET counselling authority or the admission authorities of their respective colleges
