The Indian Institute of Crafts and Design (IICD) 2024 admission process for BDes and MDes has begun for the academic session 2024-25. The online registration is now closed which began on October 10, 2023, and the deadline was December 28, 2023. Admission at IICD is based on the entrance exam conducted by the institute itself. IICD MDes Eligibility Criteria 2024

• The eligibility criteria for MDes at IICD entail the candidate to have completed his/ her education up to the undergraduate level.
• The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in either design or architecture. Those who have pursued graduation in any other stream will have to apply for the 3 year long MDes programme offered at IICD.
• The university or college from which the student obtains his/ her bachelor’s degree must be recognised and approved by the UGC (University Grants Commission).
• It is mandatory that the candidate secures passing marks in all the exams that he/ she undertakes in graduation.
• The aggregate score of the applicant in the qualifying degree must not be less than 50 per cent.

IICD MVoc Eligibility Criteria 2024

• IICD offers an integrated course of MVoc to interested students. The MVoc eligibility criteria at IICD require the candidate to have completed his/ her higher secondary education in the regular mode.
• The student must have completed class 12th from a school that functions under a recognised central or state board of education.
• The aggregate marks of the applicant in class 12th board examinations must be at least 45 to 50 per cent.
