  • Exam Pattern Difference: The AIIMS BSc Nursing exam exam pattern and marking scheme are very strict and 1.3 marks are deducted for wrong answers. On the other hand, 1 mark is deducted for every wrong answer in the NEET exam.
  • Syllabus Difference: Candidates will have to study a combined biology syllabus with chapters of zoology for the AIIMS BSc Nursing exam. In contrast, the NEET exam has no combined syllabus rather has a separate syllabus for exams.
