JNTU Anantapur does not carry out a specific application process for M.Tech and M.Pharma admissions 2019. Candidates aspiring to register for JNTU Anantapur M.Tech or M.Pharma admissions must follow the steps mentioned below –

Step 1 – Apply for AP PGECET (M.Tech & M.Pharma)/ GATE (M.Tech)/ GPAT (M.Pharma)

• Candidates aspiring for M.Tech or M.Pharma admission must register for AP PGECET or GATE/ AP PGECET or GPAT.
• The candidates can submit the online application form for AP PGECET through its official website. APSCHE has created a separate website for AP PGECET.
• Similarly, candidates can register for GPAT/ GATE through their official websites.
• Candidates with a valid score in GPAT/ GATE need not register for AP PGECET exam.
• Candidates applying for AP PGECET must pay the registration fee of Rs. 1000 (Rs. 500 for SC/ ST).

Step 2 – Qualify AP PGECET/ GATE/ GPAT

• All the applicants must clear the entrance exam to be eligible for M.Tech or M.Pharma admission at JNTU Anantapur.
• The candidates must secure minimum qualifying marks or above in the entrance exam to be eligible for the admission process.

Step 3 – Register for AP PGECET Counselling Process

• Once AP PGECET counselling schedule is released, the candidates who have qualified AP PGECET/ GPAT/ GATE can register for the counselling process.

JNTU Anantapur admission procedure for M.Tech or M.Pharma course is purely based on AP PGECET rank/ GATE score/ GPAT score. Candidates must have a valid rank or score in any of these entrance exams for M.Tech or M.Pharma admission. The admission process for M.Tech and M.Pharma course of JNTU Anantapur is conducted by APSCHE. The admission process is conducted for two categories –

• Convener Quota
• Sponsored Quota

Convener Quota Admission Process:

The admission process for convener quota seats in JNTU Anantapur M.Tech or M.Pharma course is conducted by APSCHE. A separate website for AP PGECET counselling will be created by APSCHE, and all the candidates who have qualified AP PGECET/ GATE/ GPAT must visit the respective website to register for the counselling process. If any seats fall vacant under the sponsored category, such seats will be transferred for spot admission process.
