The Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture and Technology has mentioned some instructions regarding scanning of signatures, left-hand thumb impressions, and photos. Candidates are advised to check the details below:

Image Uploading Specifications

• The photograph of the candidates must be in color and captured against a light color preferably white background.
• The photograph must be a recent passport-size photo.
• The dimensions of the photograph must be 200X230 pixels.
• The size of this file needs to be between 20kb-50kb and not more than that.
• If the picture is taken using flash, there must not be red-eye.
• Wearing hats, sunglasses and caps must be avoided.
• The eyes need to be clearly seen for the candidates who wear glasses. There must not be any reflection on the photograph.

Signature Uploading Specifications

• The candidates need to sign on a white paper and with a black/blue ballpoint pen.
• Only the scanning of the signature area is required. Ensure not to scan the whole page.
• As this signature will be used on GBPUAT 2025 admit card, make sure this must match the signature at the time of the exam also.
• The dimensions of the scanned copy of the signature must be 140X60 pixels.
• The size of this file must be between 10kb-20kb and not more than that.

Left-Hand Thumb Impressions Uploading Specifications

• The candidates need to put the left-hand thumb impression only on white paper.
• Scanning of only the impression area needs to be done.
• The dimension of the scanned copy must be 140X60 pixels.
• The file size should be between 10kb-20kb and not more than that.
